Mission Labs Accredited for Flexible Working Policies.

We’re delighted to be accredited by Flexa, who identify organisations in the UK that provide outstanding flexible working options for their employees.
Mission Labs’ flexibility test results, which followed a survey of staff opinion on our flexible work policies, provided a score of 88%. With nearly half of all companies failing to receive accreditation after their test, this achievement is testament to our unique status as a truly flexible employer.
Flexa work hard to promote transparency around what companies offer in terms of their flexible working. Through assessing company policy and employee feedback, they are able to give employers a benchmark for their flexibility standards and, if they meet the right criteria, are provided with special Flexa accreditation. This not only helps employers to showcase their flexibility to candidates, but also helps candidates to learn more about the places they’re interesting in working.
Flexibility is one of the key benefits that candidates look for when applying for jobs. But it is not always that visible on job specs. With the changes to office life brought about by lockdown, more people than ever are searching for flexible work options when selecting a new role. It has never been more important that employers demonstrate – and prove the standard of – their flexible working procedures.

At Mission Labs, we know that everyone has different ways of working. We understand the importance of a good work-life balance and have paid attention to the impact that lockdown and WFH has had on our team.
Our flexi-time policy exists to offer staff a chance to fit work with other commitments, whilst maintaining high levels of productivity and wellbeing. Ever since lockdown restrictions began to ease, we’ve paid attention to our employees, who've benefitted from an ability to WFH as well as in the office. We now offer a hybrid working model, with the option of working in the office or at home whenever is required, so staff can take the approach that’s right for them.
Partnering with Flexa will allow Mission Labs to reach even more talent, whilst reassuring candidates of our flexible work policy standards. As we pursue our ambitious growth plans for the year, we know how valuable their recognition will be.
