June 2022 saw the return of Gamma’s GX Frontiers, an event bringing together Gamma partners and industry figures for a day focused on customer experience. This year’s event took place at London’s 8 Northumberland Avenue, and as a sponsor, Mission Labs were proud to be presenting our SmartAgent product and contact centre technology at what was a hugely successful summit.

We were delighted to showcase SmartAgent at the summit, demo-ing the product’s features and the power of Amazon Connect at our stand in the Experience Zone. We were also able to demonstrate the technical capabilities of the Mission Labs team by bringing a specially made virtual breakout game. The game, imagined and created in just two weeks by one of our developer teams, involved interacting with chatbots and collaborative puzzle-solving to get the fastest prize-winning time.
Our Product Director, Will Scott, was also invited to speak on the ways Mission Labs have adapted in a changing CCaaS industry to continue supporting clients through our transformative solutions. From our model of working to our proudest client success stories, the talk demonstrated how Mission Labs have evolved SmartAgent to stay impactful for clients and competitive in the CCaaS space.
Guests were treated to a range of keynote speeches from Nina Schick, Baroness Eliza Manningham-Buller & Eddie Izzard alongside industry-focused talks from some of our friends at Hermes and Amazon Connect. Covering a range of topics around security, consumer behaviour, future industry challenges and more, each guest speaker brought insight and inspiration to the event.
